At the moment, the only information about this new drug comes from primary sources. I'm constantly looking for more information, but this is all we have at the moment. If you find any info, feel free to add to the page. Hopefully, when the clinical trials are over, there will be some peer-reviewed articles about the drug. The Psychopharmacologic Drugs Advisory Committee of the FDA is set to meet on July 18 to consider a supplemental new drug application for brexpiprazole (Rexulti, Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.), in combination with sertraline, for the treatment of adults with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
