I see there are updates to the references etc since my last pop in, thanks, BrainyBabe!

Here are a few more, ignore if any are duplicates, of course:

Is it worth noting the OxDNB link is only accessible to subscribers? (Or at libraries who subscribe, etc.) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Gobears87 (talkcontribs) 15:01, 3 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for these. I've taken the liberty of formatting your contribution list. The book, a biography by Trish Gibson, I had listed as further reading. The company website is one I used in writing the article and is in the references, but the Nationa Garden Society is a new one for me. Thanks for the Woman's Hour link. The ONDB: yes, I think there is a template for using it as a reference, which indicates that a subscription is required. BrainyBabe (talk) 15:33, 3 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

Citation Question and Additional Resources.

[edit]

I've used the exhibit poster of a UKRI funded research project on Women of the Welfare Landscape (https://www.virtual-lsa.uk/womenofthewelfarelandscape/2023/05/02/women-of-the-welfare-landscape-exhibition-in-situ-at-manchester-school-of-architecture/) However the video is difficult to read, while the PDF of the text is available here (https://merl.reading.ac.uk/wp-content/uploads/sites/10/2025/01/01_Introduction.pdf). I can't adequately locate the source of the PDF, nor can I confirm that the PI for the project is the author, however attribution of some kind seems necessary.

It is a good source, just a bit fiddly to categorize. If another editor has more time, there are definitely more resources through this project that can help expand this article. Darling58 (talk) 20:15, 5 February 2026 (UTC)Reply
