Inclusion of URL

BreacForums is a website primarily dedicated to hosting dox. Should the URL not be removed from the infobox per WP:PROBLEMLINKS? I know that that they don't organise harassment on the site itself. Make breachforums.cz the official domain as breachforums.bf got toppled, the evidence of this are massive reports on Twitter by a bunch of people and alot of blog sources. breachforums.jp tried to make a small time comeback, however nothing really to show that HasanBroker failed this War of Clones which alot of people call it. Proof to source up this victory is quite long and I will drop it below this and someone from Wikipedia moderation can check it out.
