The assertion that Hoernle deciphered it seems unlikely, since on the article of the Brahmi alphabet, it says the alphabet was deciphered in 1837 by James Prinsep;the Bower manuscript was found in 1889.... 83.253.239.156 (talk) 11:50, 21 November 2008 (UTC)Reply
