This article tells just half the story. BR didn't fold in 1987; it was bought by local musician Tris Lozaw, who ran it until at least 1992. I'll try to get some more details and edit it to reflect this. (I wrote the cover story on Mission of Burma for the 10th anniversary issue and a review of the Monkees' box set in 1992 ...)
