Probably the most problematic article I've seen in a whilh but looks pretty firmly wp:notable and so I'm marking as reviewed. Written like an advertisement instead of a enclyclopedic article. Much of the wording is also copyvio. The creator is indeffed as COI. I plan to resolve by cutting it back to a 1-2 sentence stub for later development.
