Thanks for giving the merge process a go, presumably as part of ENGL 312 Science Writing. Please have another look at WP:MERGING. When proposing a merge, you need to give a justification for the proposal; also, the templates go on the article page (not the talk page), and you can't merge an article into itself. I spoke to my advisor about this, and the two terms blastoconidium and blastospore are synonymous and mean the same thing. I was thinking a redirect may be a good option, and I would add to the blastospore page because that is the more common term looked up~, and have that page redirect to blastoconidium.Libby O'Brien (talk) 16:10, 9 November 2021 (UTC)
