Question recommendation of 80-10-10 diet

[edit]

I might have biliary reflux following gallbladder surgery, so came to this article for more information. I followed the link to the 80-10-10 diet pdf. That source seems unbalanced. Raw food? Fruitarianism? Unless someone can convince me otherwise, I think I should delete that link. Zora (talk) 23:04, 18 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

really?

[edit]

sounds like just another crackpot diet to me. It seems there is a so called expert that comes up with a diet to cure everything these days. Much of what is advocated in this diet are the very things that cause me the most stomach pain. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 58.173.124.106 (talk) 06:33, 21 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

  • Bile reflux is a real disorder, but this article appears to have been hijacked by a quack who promotes dangerously wrong ideas. I've scrubbed it and added some actually-relevant sources, but it still needs work - and monitoring to ensure that the quack doesn't mess it up again. 76.126.113.29 (talk) 04:29, 22 April 2014 (UTC)Reply
