I have a connection to Bernard Charnwut Chan and am requesting this change in the interests of accuracy. I am proposing it here rather than editing the article directly.

Please replace:

He served as Non-official Convenor of the Executive Council from 2017 to 2022.

with:

He was a Hong Kong deputy to the National People's Congress from 2008 to 2023. He was a non-official member of the Executive Council of Hong Kong from 2004 to 2009 and again from 2012 to 2022, serving as Convenor of its Non-official Members from 2017 to 2022. He was a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong from 1998 to 2008, representing the Insurance functional constituency.
