This edit request by an editor with a conflict of interest has now been answered.

What I think should be changed (include citations): Include information about library closure in 2024 for construction. Remove information about plans not being finalized as this is no longer accurate.

Why it should be changed: To have relevant and current information.

What I think should be changed: Construction of the library will be complete in summer of 2026.
Why it should be changed: The information is outdated.
