Non-notable individuals in the list of Notable people

[edit]

"Dr. Arman Anand Singh – Author of the Hindi poetry collection Neend Jise Raat Bhar Nahin Aati, Currently Serving as an Assistant Professor in Hindi Department Of G.D Collage Begusarai." or similar verbiage has been added multiple times by a single editor despite multiple editors removing it for not being notable. I ask that the editor create this article as in a Draft space and submits it for review, if this individual notable as claimed the article should be approved, then it can be placed in this list.
