Balag is both a prayer genre and an instrument

[edit]

Balag here is being defined as a literary genre; however, it is also a closely associated instrument. At times the two are portrayed as the same thing - a prayer and instrument at once. So I'm adding content related to the instrument. I don't think it makes sense to have separate pages for the two - they probably need to be presented together. Spelling

[edit]

Wasn't it originally spelled "balang"? ~2026-20625-89 (talk) 15:51, 8 June 2026 (UTC)Reply

Wasn't it actually an arched harp/bow harp (not a lyre)?
