[edit]Sputnik News isn't a reliable source for content, particularly here and particularly for statements about "American spooks." It is a outlet wholly owned by the Russian state that is generally regarded as a Russian propaganda outlet (see here, here) that is known for spreading fake stories on occasion (see here, here ("Sputnik, state-funded Russian information services that mimic the style and tone of independent news organizations yet sometimes include false and misleading stories in their reports").
I've replaced essentially the same content with another source. Neutralitytalk 16:56, 18 February 2017 (UTC)
