1 Bath Index measures

"... of a 1 - 10 scale..." cannot be correct, as the resulting has to be "...0 to 50 score". If the scale was 1 - 10, as it is explained on following calculator page:

the resulting would be between 5 and 50. Even in the following abstract, there is no scale from 1 to 10:
