unfortunately it was Polge who discovered it and done experiments

Smith was only working in Parkes lab together with Polge and after only unsuccessful attempts to repeat experiment, they finally analyzed the left-over solution and found it containing glycerol and albumin, not accidentally spilling — Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.140.159.110 (talk) 16:12, 21 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
