Air currently redirects here, but it should rather redirect to Atmosphere of Earth. This article is about an atmosphere as a generic feature of any given celestial body, when we talk about "air" we talk about our atmosphere, and that's the most likely intended search for people looking for "air". This article seems to cover the same ground as Extraterrestrial atmosphere but in less depth. Should these articles be merged? Fdfexoex (talk) 17:10, 5 May 2026 (UTC)Reply

I suspect that WP:SIZE would be a significant issue. Both articles are already quite large, so I think they need to remain separate. Praemonitus (talk) 12:57, 25 May 2026 (UTC)Reply
