Only one source

[edit]

I have used only one source, as this is the only published literature on this genus (as of writing this). TheLivingDanish1 (talk) 13:51, 31 December 2025 (UTC)Reply

Why is the species page not the same as the genus page if there is only one species?

[edit]

I did not connect them, as this is a very new genus with lots of potential to gain new species in the future. This would cause difficulties if they were just one page. TheLivingDanish1 (talk) 13:54, 31 December 2025 (UTC)Reply

Merge, per the guideline cited by the nominator. This should be uncontroversial. I left a notice on the article creator's talk page. Since they created both articles, I suggest this discussion be closed early if they agree as well. Chess enjoyer (talk) 01:31, 4 January 2026 (UTC)Reply
Hello, I see that you suggest a merge, which I am fine with. I have never merged articles before, so I kindly suggest you take the lead on this one. Naturally, I will gladly edit the article so the relevant information from both articles becomes pleasingly connected. I have saved both articles in a Word-document, so you can complete the merge at any time. TheLivingDanish1 (talk) 22:09, 8 January 2026 (UTC)Reply
