This page should be moved to Array.
The "Array" page used to be about arrays in computer science; it has been split into two articles, array data structure and array data type. The "Array" page is now a redirect to Array (disambiguation). Since there are two major computer senses for "array" and several other non-computer senses, "Array" should be a disamb page. --Jorge Stolfi (talk) 06:32, 16 May 2009 (UTC)

Edit reversion

@Berek: your edit had the effect of reverting my previous edit which was to "Remove disambiguation tag to convert this article into a list article". I don't believe this article is a disambiguation page per WP:DISAMBIGUATION and MOS:DAB. This page consists of a (very) large number of partial title matches, a number of faulty entries such as those with redlinks and no article, and one valid disambiguation entry (ARRAY), and perhaps also Astronomical interferometer. That's not to say it isn't useful—as a list article—but it isn't disambiguating anything. Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 15:49, 1 March 2018 (UTC)

Adding some categories would help keep people from re-adding the dab tags. As would moving the article to a more standard name like "List of arrays by type" or something similar. QuiteUnusual (talk) 10:18, 13 March 2018 (UTC)
