Ngram has Arignote as more common, as does Scholar (and note that many of those hits are related to Sappho's poem to a different Arignota). Much more common at Google Books (although note that some of those sources call Arignota a "second son" of Pythagoras.) — $Llywelyn II$ 22:26, 12 October 2014 (UTC)Reply
