[edit]I read this page and I still have no idea what apportionment means. You can't use the word you're trying to define in its own definition. Somebody needs to rewrite this to make it decipherable. 96.35.31.33 (talk) 15:15, 22 July 2009 (UTC)
"the permission of who is beautiful" say what? Also, apportionment is mentioned in the United States Constitution and I think that is worth an entry. If I were at all capable, I would try to add something.Pdbailey 17:29, 23 March 2007 (UTC)
