Companies House lists her Month and year of Birth as July 1995. The company she founded is directed by a person matching her name and a person matching her fathers name - this seems reliable. Vogue also stated she was 26 as of Dec 2021 - https://www.vogue.co.uk/arts-and-lifestyle/article/anya-chalotra-interview. The only other source I could find referencing 1995 was the Wiki banned source Newsunzip. However, nearly every other source online (of questionable reputation) lists her birthday as July 1996. As companies house is more of a primary source and the secondary sources available aren't consistent then it would probably be best to keep the date of birth as is or remove it completely as per WP:BLPPRIVACY. Suonii180 (talk) 07:24, 31 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
There is some weird bug, the page says the date is 1996 or 1997, is she getting younger? But the code says it's 1995/1996, what's wrong?
Do you have a reliable source for the dob, per WP:DOB? The date in the article is an automated calculation done by a template, based on an age as of the date of the cited source. Laterthanyouthink (talk) 08:17, 14 March 2025 (UTC)Reply
Well the company list is a pretty reliable source, and then her imdb profile has the same date + all magazine articles seem to be in line with that. But that's not my point, I was rather pointing out the fact that the discussion here is whether it's 1995 (as officially listed) or 1996 (as questionable fan sources say), so obviously the page listing 1996/1997 is wrong, it can't be 1997, there's nothing indicating that year. As I've said, it's a calculated date based on the source. Imdb is not a reliable source, and we're not allowed to use company registration, as it's a primary source. It doesn't actually matter what we surmise per WP:OR. Laterthanyouthink (talk) 02:07, 16 March 2025 (UTC)Reply
