Merge proposal

It seems that buycott and anti-boycott cover the same ground. Since articles are about things/concepts, not terms, having two articles is a form of content forkery. Legal enforcement section off topic

It seems to me that the majority of the "legal enforcement" section of this article is about laws against people who boycott, not laws relating to "anti-boycotts"/"buycotts", and is therefore off topic. Rapidkillerx (talk) 01:13, 28 January 2025 (UTC)

Please stop correcting "buycott" for the Whole Foods example.

It's intentionally "buycotts", not "boycotts", as the former is a synonym of anti-boycott that was used by the anti-healthcare reform activists staging the anti-boycott. I've noticed it has been corrected and corrected back multiple times now, it is not a typo and does not need to be corrected. Fruitbat110 (talk) 03:04, 9 May 2026 (UTC)
