I have tried to find more information about her life, without much success. However, several primary sources like her British death record - which is under her married name, Annette K. Savory - say she was born in 1926 (not 1929). Travel and immigration records also suggest that her birth name may have been Anneliese Erlanger, and her family were Jewish refugees who had to flee Nazi Germany, but I can't find secondary sources to back that up. Just to confuse matters, there was another fairly prominent Jewish refugee named Annaliese (or Anna) Erlanger (1925-2013) who also moved from Britain to the USA.
