I really wanted to put this one up for AfD, since the article was apparently written by the subject's brother, but I will give her the benefit of the doubt as notable given that she won the National 15 and under title (citation required for this). The article has a usable amount of good content, but it is weak in many areas, mostly in referencing.
Quality of the prose is distinctly unencyclopedic, and MoS compliance problematic; but the article satisfies fundamental content policies such as notability and BLP, and provides enough sources to establish verifiability.
