Would someone know why other references I have found speaking of the Lommel-Weber function define it as

\Omega _{n}(x)={\frac {1}{\pi }}\int _{0}^{\pi }\sin(x\sin \phi -n\phi )d\phi

particularly ^[1].

This would seem to be the same as the Weber function mentioned here with the addition of a negative sign. If this is correct, it would be a notable fact.
