Top Hockey Division B?

The article says "Alleghe is home to HC Alleghe...in the country's top division, serie B." Surprised that "B" would be the top division, I did a (very) little research. It appears two leagues are IHL Serie B (or maybe just IHL, as the logo suggests), a second tier league, and an IHL Serie A, the top tier league. After looking at the Series B name changes, I'm completely baffled... Anyone out there who understands this structure? Captain Puget (talk) 22:30, 28 August 2025 (UTC)Reply
