Is this a notable new author with a notable book? Are the reviews notable enough to warrant maintaining this page?

I'd argue "yes" to both.

A top technothriller on Goodreads
Quality reviews, including The Good Men Project, which gets 1.5 million unique visitors per month

I already looked for reviews from additional sources but can only find things like Amazon and Goodreads, where the reviews are submitted by ordinary readers. It's not a question of how many people might have viewed the website, it's a question of who is writing the reviews.
