This article needs at least one example. I have little idea how the "input", the "algorithm," and the "output" all relate to each other from reading this article. Out of frustration, I would like to strangle whoever wrote this fuzz. 128.151.39.158 (talk) 19:25, 29 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

I think that what you're referring to is algorithmic mechanism design. My understanding is that algorithmic game theory is more general as it also includes a computational POV of purely game-theoretic questions, such as the computational-complexity criticism of the Nash equilibrium concept. --Aviad.rubinstein (talk) 17:06, 5 December 2017 (UTC)Reply
