This article is about a fairly insignificant state route that has since been decommissioned. Is there a real need for an article about this route?

It fails WP:GNG a couple of ways:
- No significant coverage (fails the Google test)
- No coverage by reliable sources (ref on article fails and the active external links are WP:SPS )
If article was moved to Meaher Street (Prichard), it still wouldn't be notable.
How much can be said about a route this short that was turned over to the city in the 1980s?
