Maybe add a bit more about his major junior career to the lead. Done
Add publishers to references. Done

For the infobox: His playing career should start at 2016 (First pro year if professional, first year of top level of amateur competition if amateur.) Done
"Aside from school and hockey, Thomas also runs a clothing company called Zale Apparel with friend Ethan Low." This should be mentioned in the article. Done
Awards and honours section needs a reference. Done
