Although the program was in effect since 2021 Spectrum only offered it in February of 2024 and then notified me that it was only good until April . In the meantime my internet has failed twice in the middle of a movie. 2600:1007:B051:140C:E827:3281:CB40:4216 (talk) 13:16, 29 March 2024 (UTC)Reply

I recommend that you contact your Representative and/or Senator to report your experience. S.3565/H.R.6929 is Congress right now, to refresh program funding, and news about program participants' performance is of high value to our Members of Congress, who count every call and website comment submission to their offices.
