Translated: "The regulation was outlined in Banyumas Regent's Circular Letter No. 660/7376/2016 concerning the obligation of civil servants and contract workers of the Banyumas Regency Government to collect a minimum of 1 kg of inorganic waste per month." (he was regent of Banyumas in 2016)
