Why Windows specific?

You are so right. Most notably, the concept of access tokens as used in OAuth could be described. Unfortunately, I am a newby in this area and do not dare write about it! Gpermant (talk) 15:35, 1 June 2021 (UTC)

rewrite article

this whole article needs to be rewritten, it doesn't really describe what a user token is at all, it just describes how windows uses user tokens BigTandy (talk) 05:29, 20 November 2021 (UTC)
