Akbar Ali character played by anoop menon,he potraits real life person sadiq ali.he is the one played the crucial part to convert Madhavikutty to kamala surayya in to muslim religion. although film is portrayed as a romantic gesture,but in real he is on a mission convert Madhavikutty into islam,and he got 10 lakhs rupees as part of the mission,it was one of the earliest muslim jihad happend in kerala.
