PARPACK
[edit]May I humbly suggest to the experts to
- mention PARPACK in this article;
- expand this article such that to provide a more detailed explanation of ARPACK - in particular, describe its purpose, its applicability, its strengths and limitations, its relation to other libraries;
- write a separate (short) article about PARPACK (and reference it in List of numerical libraries).
