Need page numbers

Needs more information on history
[edit]In the Development and History topic does not say anything about the history of how the test was developed. I expected to see more about how they came up with the questions and how they found them to work with the DSM-IV. It also talks more about the DSM-IV and the three subtopics and the rating scale assessment, I do not see a lot about the rating and how they identify that ADHD is present.
