Preparation ratios; almost half of them can be reduced - an idea about simplified presentation

I'm not going to do it in case there is some precedent for leaving them exactly as quoted, however it seems it would be easier to understand exactly what proportions are being mentioned by creating a table which lists 1. Name 2. The referenced ratios - unreduced in 'parts' from whatever source 3.The reduced ratios for comparison between one another in a standard (1:4:10 / A:C:E Etc.) format . The reduced ratio would help understand the variable quantities of ether/alcohol/chloroform and if needed it would be far more useful to compare deaths Vs. successful outcomes or whatever metric. You could then understand what subpart contributed to that outcome; I.E. too much ether/chloroform. Just an idea.Wgfcrafty (talk) 14:09, 26 September 2014 (UTC)Reply
