Gregorian date

[edit]

Is there any reason why the Gregorian date is DCLI and not DCLII, as would make sense for year 652? Or is this because of the Gregorian calendar being screwed up by the transition from a lunar-based calendar to a solar-based calendar?  Preceding unsigned comment added by Mysticraccoon (talkcontribs) 20:36, 27 April 2018 (UTC)Reply
