Stephanie Skinner[1] (born July 12, 2004)[2] is an American beauty pageant titleholder. She was crowned Miss New York Teen USA 2023 and was 1st runner-up at Miss Teen USA 2023. In 2024, after the resignation of Miss Teen USA 2023 UmaSofia Srivastava, Skinner declined to assume the title, citing her education and other commitments.[3]
Pageantry
[edit]Skinner represented New York at Miss Teen USA 2023, where she finished as 1st runner-up.
Skinner won Miss Pennsylvania on June 20, 2026. Previously Miss Philadelphia, her win marks 60 years since Miss Philadelphia has won Miss Pennsylvania.[4] She will represent Pennsylvania at the Miss America 2027 competition in September 2026 in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Education
