Shetpe (Kazakh: Şetpe, Шетпе, شەتپە) is an aul and the administrative center of Mangystau District in Mangystau Region in western Kazakhstan. Population: 12,223 (2009 census results);[1] 10,237 (1999 census results).[1]
Population
[edit]According to the 1999 census, Schetpe had a population of 10,237. The 2009 census recorded 12,223 inhabitants. At the 2021 census, the population had increased to 16,762. As of 1 January 2025, the population was estimated at 16,990.
