Satiar (Persian: ساطيار)^[a] is a village in Posht-e Arbaba Rural District^[3] of Armardeh District^[b] in Baneh County, Kurdistan province, Iran.

The village is populated by Kurds.^[5]

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 90 in 18 households.^[6] The following census in 2011 counted 59 people in 12 households.^[7] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as below the reporting threshold.^[1]
