Sarnetki [sarˈnɛtki], is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Giby, within Sejny County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland, close to the borders with Belarus and Lithuania.[4]

History

It was a royal village, located at the end of the 18th century in the Grodno County of the Trakai Voivodeship in the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth.[5]

Four Polish citizens were murdered by Nazi Germany in the village during World War II.[6]
