Sabine Charles

Sabine Charles is a Haitian American internal auditor, educator, and author. She is the chief internal auditor at Touro University and also teaches accounting as an adjunct faculty member at the university's Graduate School of Business.[1]
Background and education
[edit]Charles was born in New York to Haitian immigrant parents.[2]
She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Economics and a Master of Science in Accounting and Information Systems from Queens College, City University of New York. She later earned a Doctor of Business Administration from Touro University Worldwide.[1]
Career

In March 2023, the New York Metropolitan Chapter of ISACA featured Charles in its SheLeadsTech Spotlight. The profile discussed her work in consulting, strategic planning, international audit consulting, and mentorship.[3]
A 2025 profile in Caribbean Today has discussed about her work in auditing, teaching, consulting, and leadership development.[2]
Writing
[edit]Charles is the author of Leadership MEQ: Integrating Mindset, Emotional Intelligence, and Leadership Qualities.[4][2]
The book covers growth mindset, emotional intelligence, leadership, communication, and relationships with stakeholders in the context of internal auditing. An accompanying workbook includes exercises and case scenarios.[4]
