Roberto Hortensio Peragallo Silva (9 May 1872 – 30 January 1954) was a Chilean politician, lawyer and judge who served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies of Chile.
A member of the Conservative Party, he represented Santiago for two consecutive terms, from 1915 to 1918 and from 1918 to 1921. During his first term, he served on the Public Instruction Commission and the Conservative Commission for the 1916–1917 and 1917–1918 recesses; during his second term, he served on the Conservative Commission for the 1918–1919 recess.
He studied law at the University of Chile and later at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, qualifying as a lawyer in 1895. He subsequently pursued a judicial career, serving as a minister of the Santiago Court of Appeals and, from 1935, as a justice of the Supreme Court of Chile.[1]
