The Ramla Subdistrict is one of Israel's subdistricts in the Central District.[2] There are three principal cities in the subdistrict: Ramla, Lod, and Modi'in-Maccabim-Re'ut.
History
[edit]The subdistrict is composed mostly of the eastern half of what was during Mandatory Palestine the Ramle Subdistrict.

Voting Patterns
[edit]In the 2022 election, 53 percent of voters in the subdistrict voted for the parties of the right-wing coalition led by Benjamin Netanyahu, while 40 percent voted for the parties of the center-left coalition led by Yair Lapid, and 7 percent voted for the Arab parties.[5]
