Phyllonorycter cretata is a moth of the family Gracillariidae. It is known from Japan (Hokkaidō) and the Russian Far East.[2]

The larvae feed on Quercus crispula, Quercus mongolica and Quercus serrata. They mine the leaves of their host plant.
