Noqondar (Persian: نقندر)[a] is a village in Jagharq Rural District[4] of Torqabeh District in Torqabeh and Shandiz County,[b] Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.
Demographics

[edit]At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 813 in 216 households, when it was in Torqabeh Rural District of Mashhad County.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 739 people in 209 households,[7] by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Binalud County.[c] Noqondar was transferred to Jagharq Rural District created in the same district.[4] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 855 people in 266 households.[2]
