Mileikowsky (Russian: Милейковский, feminine Милейковская; Polish: Milejkowski, feminine Milejkowska; Hebrew: מילייקובסקי), sometimes Milikowsky or Milikovsky (Hebrew: מיליקובסקי), is an Ashkenazi Jewish surname, related to various villages named Milejków/Mileykovo [ru], Milejki/Milyeyki, Mileikiai [lt], or similarly, in the Russian Empire.[1]
