Liga Premier B is a professional association football league in Mexico, part of the Liga Premier as the tertiary subdivision in the third level of the Mexican football league system. Formerly named Liga de Nuevos Talentos (2008–2017) and Liga Premier Serie B (2017–2026), it was created for developing clubs with less infrastructure that can aspire to participate in Serie A. The league has 10 participating clubs, the champions are decided by a final knockout phase. The winners of Serie B are the tertiary champions of the Liga Premier.

Offseason changes
[edit]- On April 18, 2026 Artesanos Metepec was promoted from Liga Premier B to Liga Premier A.[5]
- On May 23, 2026 Cruz Azul Lagunas was promoted from Liga TDP to Liga Premier B.[6]
- On June 16, 2026 Dragones de Oaxaca announced that they successfully passed the financial and sporting certification, and were therefore accepted into Premier A.[7]
- On June 25, 2026 Gorilas de Juanacatlán was relocated to León, Guanajuato and renamed Gorilas del Bajío.[8][9]
- On July 8, 2026 Acámbaro announced that they successfully passed the financial and sporting certification, and were therefore accepted into Premier A.[10]
- On August 1, 2026 Atlético Hidalgo and Héroes de Zaci were relocated to Liga Premier B.[3] On August 4, 2026 Heroes de Zaci was moved from Mexico City to Reynosa.[11]
- On August 1, 2026 Atlético Laguna joined the league as expansion team.[3]
- On August 1, 2026 Aguacateros de Peribán joined the league after a one–year hiatus.[3]
- On August 1, 2026 Caja Oblatos and Poza Rica went on hiatus.[3]
