Lear (crater)
Lear is a crater on Oberon, an Uranian moon[1].
Geography
[edit]Its diameter is 126 km[1] and is located at 5°24′S 31°30′E[2], it also has dark material at its bottom, like many other craters, this is thought to be material that upwelled from Oberon's interior[3].
Naming
[edit]It was named after King Lear in Shakespeare's play of the same name[4], it was discovered by Voyager and was named in 1988[1]
